This past week, we had a wonderful meeting with our friends at CNIB (Canadian National Institute for the Blind) in Toronto. On our way into the boardroom, we walked pass a wall of posters that featured the ten design principles that CNIB uses in all of its marketing/ communications/ fundraising.
These design principles should be used by EVERY charity that engages with donors over the age of 45.
Yes — that means you.
